Once your item is shipped, we’re not responsible if it gets lost or stolen. Any issues should be taken up with your local courier. Although we will speak with our local courier before asking you to contact yours. Please note that we don’t issue refunds for lost shipping. If you accidentally provided the wrong address, please send us an email ASAP. You will have 24 hours before the address provided is unchangeable. If your order has already been shipped out unfortunately we cannot make any address changes. And you will not be issued a refund.
